Your CURRENT Broadband® primary account username and password, primary account e-mail address and other important account information can be found in the Welcome Letter included in your installation kit. If you cannot locate the Welcome Letter, please review the following:
Username
- Primary Account: In most cases, your username is the portion of your e-mail address that precedes the ‘@’ symbol. For example, the username for jsmith@current.net is jsmith. If you do not remember your e-mail address or cannot locate your primary account username, call 1-877-7PLUGIN (1-877-775-8446) for assistance.
- Sub-Account: If you cannot remember the username for one or more of your sub-accounts, you can easily find this information by accessing the Client Control Panel. Use your primary account username and password to login.
Password
- Primary Account: If you cannot remember your primary account password, call 1-877-7PLUGIN (1-877-775-8446) for assistance. Or to reset your password online, click here.
- Sub-Account: If you cannot remember a sub-account password, you can easily reset that password by accessing the Client Control Panel. Use your primary account username and password to login.
