Can I change my username, password or e-mail address? Back to Primary and sub e-mail accounts

You cannot change your primary account username or the primary account e-mail address. You can change the primary account password by logging in to MyAccount and selecting "Update your account information including password" or calling      1-877-7PLUGIN (1-877-775-8446).

You cannot change a sub-account username or a sub-account e-mail address. You can change the sub-account password by logging in to the Client Control Panel using the primary account username or the sub-account username.

Note: The primary account user has the rights to reset the password for any of the sub-account users. The sub-account user has the rights to reset the password for that sub account only.
