Installation Back to Troubleshooting

The following questions are meant to serve as a guide to troubleshooting your installation and activation of the CURRENT Broadband® service on your computer, router or any other Internet-ready device.

 

1.       Have you signed-up for CURRENT Broadband service?

2.       Has your installation kit arrived? Does it contain everything you ordered?

3.       Does your computer meet the minimum system requirements?

4.       Is your power line modem installed correctly?

5.       Did you disable your firewall or virus protection software?

6.       Have you activated service on your computer, router or other Internet-ready device?
