CURRENT Communications Equipment Return Policy

The following applies to equipment purchased or received at no charge from CURRENT Communications:

Equipment Provided By CURRENT At No Charge To You Or At A Promotional Discount

If you terminate service: (a) within one (1) year of the account creation date for a service for which you received equipment from CURRENT Communications at no charge; or (b) prior to complying with any other requirements specified by the service agreement or promotional offer pursuant to which you received equipment at no charge or at a special promotional price, then you will be responsible for returning all such equipment to CURRENT Communications pursuant to the terms described below.

If you fail to return any such equipment within thirty (30) days of terminating the relevant service or failing to complete the relevant promotional requirement, you will be charged for any unreturned items at the rate shown on the Supplemental Equipment Price List posted on our web site (or at the rate shown for a model or item with similar functionality), as that list may be amended from time to time by CURRENT. (For equipment you received at a promotional discount, the price charged will reflect a credit for any payment or payments you previously made for such equipment.)

You must return such equipment in the original packaging or equivalent with all components intact and in like-new condition. You will be charged a fee for any missing or damaged items. A Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number obtained from CURRENT Communications must be placed on the exterior shipping container. You may obtain an RMA number by calling us at 1-877-7PLUGIN (1-877-775-8446). You are responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

Refunds for Equipment You Purchase From CURRENT

You may return any equipment you purchase from CURRENT Communications for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. You must return such equipment in the original packaging, with all components intact and in like-new condition. You will be charged a fee for any missing or damaged items. An RMA number obtained from CURRENT Communications must be placed on the exterior shipping container. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting us at 1-877-7PLUGIN (1-877-775-8446). You will be responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

If you return your equipment as specified above within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will refund your equipment purchase price and any applicable taxes that were charged to you. Credit card transactions will be refunded to the credit card on record for your account.

Exchanges of Defective Equipment

If we determine that equipment provided to you at no charge (or provided at a discounted ‘upgrade’ price in lieu of equipment available at no charge) by CURRENT Communications is defective as a result of a manufacturing defect within twelve (12) months of the date such equipment was shipped to you, CURRENT Communications will either repair your equipment or exchange it for a like unit or one of comparable quality at no cost to you. Equipment you receive as an exchange may be refurbished equipment.

Except as provided herein, equipment that you purchase from CURRENT Communications is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, as described in the written materials provided with the equipment.

If you choose to exchange your equipment, you must return it in the original packaging or equivalent with all components intact and in like-new condition. You may be charged a fee for any missing or damaged items. If we do not receive your defective equipment within thirty (30) days of the date replacement equipment is shipped to you, you will be charged the full retail price of the replacement equipment, plus all shipping fees and applicable taxes.

Policies Applicable to All Returns or Exchanges

Equipment subjected to neglect, misuse, water damage or other damage is not eligible for refund or exchange.
