This site is dedicated to Tammy  and her wonderful family of dolls.  Tammy was made and sold by Ideal Toy Corp. from 1962 through 1965.  She was introduced as competition for the more "mature" Barbie.  Tammy was sweet and innocent with her flirty eyes and girlish figure.   Although her reign was short lived, she lives on in the hearts of the little girls (and boys) who came to love her.
